Who Is Mat Fraser?
Well if you're reading this page, you probably already know who Mat Fraser is. His story starts back in 2014 where after a slump in training, he starts working out in a CrossFit gym (weightlifting exclusively) and soon after is asked to jump in on a WOD. A few events later, he started to earn a bit of pocket money and quickly got his ticket to the games.
His first two years in the CrossFit Games Mat shocked the world with two second place finishes to the legends Rich Froning and Ben Smith. Then, a five year win streak. The man is a beast on and off the competition floor.
After recently announcing his retirement, Mat Fraser has started to reveal his training secrets and programmes and we expect that his new book will reveal even more.

For those of you who don't know, Mat Fraser is 5 times Fittest Man on Earth, as crowned by the CrossFit Games, a global fitness competition to find the fittest man, woman and team alive. With a once record breaking 23 CrossFit Games Career Wins, Mat Fraser is a living legend in the CrossFit world, dominating not only the Crossfit Games but almost every other CrossFit competition he's ever entered.
In 2020, Fraser announced his retirement from competitive CrossFit and alongside the release of his training programme HWPO, supplements, gym equipment and more, Fraser has announced he is writing a book that includes it all; life stories, training and competing strategies, movement demos, workouts, journal entry questions and even recipes from his fiancé Sammy Moniz.
